What to expect from us?

Every college has a career advisor to assist you and serve as an inspiration. Our team of career advisors provides the following support:

  • Conduct client-focused, impartial, personal career guidance interviews (in group/one-on-one) which challenged and support you to make informed, realistic and adaptable career decisions based on self and opportunity awareness, aspirations, motivation, confidence and approach to learning and which, if necessary, broaden your horizon.
  • Assist you in creating a plan to reach your objectives and deciding on your future steps.
  • Assist you in achieving your career objectives, from choosing a career to submitting applications and landing your first job.
  • Help you examine your interests, skills, and values as well as the elements that influence your professional progress.
  • Be someone you can talk to about your ideas, feelings, and worries about your job and educational options. This person should be able to assist you work through your emotions and put them in order and find meaning of them.
  • Assist you in determining your personality and the goals you have for your life, work, and education.

The career advisor clarifies any uncertainty clients may have about their career alternatives and helps them in choosing the right course. But while giving advice, there must be something to take into account.

  • A career advisor is not permitted to advise a client on what to do, what major to declare, or what line of work to pursue.
  • A career advisor is not permitted to advise the client in course selection or scheduling.
